RE: Move and resize rootdbs

The Informix Migration Guide provides an excellent description of
these utilities. Pages 1-15 and 1-16 contain a diagram to help in
choosing the appropriate utility.
My understanding is onunload/onload performs a page level copy,
where dbexport/dbimport deal with text files. Therefore,
onunload/onload is faster, but not as flexible.
