Cannot do multiple connections with JDBC

Hi Currently, i am trying to open a JDBC connection to Informix thru different threads. To open 1 JDBC connection via a thread is fine, but when i spawn out another thread and that thread tries to open another JDBC connection, i will encounter an exception (see below). I am using IUS 9.12 with the JDBC drivers supplied by Informix. Is there any way i can do multiple connections to IUS ?
