Informix onbar -l with Legato.

I am trying to send the logical logs to go to Legato using
alarm program(onbar -l). When I send it from unix prompt I could send it to
right pool (DBMIData), but if I use alarm program to send it sends it to
Default pool. Any suggestions why this happens. I know this questions
is too specific to Legato, but I just wanted to try.
This is the code I am using if that helps,
BACKUP_CMD="onbar -l"
EXIT_STATUS=0
EVENT_SEVERITY=$1
EVENT_CLASS=$2
EVENT_MSG="$3"
EVENT_ADD_TEXT="$4"
EVENT_FILE="$5"
case "$EVENT_CLASS" in
23)
# onbar assumes no operator is present, # so all messages are written to the activity
# log and there shouldn't be any output, but
# send everything to /dev/null just in case
NSR_SERVER=curly
NSR_DATA_VOLUME_POOL=DBMIData
NSR_LOG_VOLUME_POOL=DBMILogs
INFORMIXDIR=/opt/informix
ONCONFIG=onconfig_adaprd01 $BACKUP_CMD 2>&1 >> /opt/informix/bar_act_adaprd.log
EXIT_STATUS=$?
;;
Thanks a lot in advance.
