BTR on each buffer pool?

This concerns IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.70.TC5IE . I have a 16k page size space where I put a temp space and all primary and foreign key indexes. Since I can select nbuffs, bufwaits, bufwrites, pagreads from sysmaster:sysbufpool I can get the BTR on each pool. Should it still be < 6 on each one?

Yes and yes. Any single digits is good whether overall or per pool.
