Keep in mind that errors can come up relatively far away from the point in code causing them. Maybe your reports are not the reason at all. They just "make the error visible" with their large data structures. Normally the error comes up when you called a 4gl function without accessing parameters or return values correctly (highly probable with a C function integrated).
