At a recent workgroup server "technology forum" in the UK we were told that the onconfig file still exists. You would need to have two copies of that to begin with. I suspect that it is possible that they haven't thought about multiple residency on such small systems. But that would be a pity, as how else do you separate development, testing, and production systems on the same machine. > In article <32408C38.78F9@smc.seisnet.it>, walter@smc.seisnet.it says... > > > >I'm trying to create a second instance of the database server on an > >Online for NT Workgroup Server (version 7.12). > >I'm in trouble because in the NT version of Online there is no > >"onmonitor" utility. > >How can I do? > > > >Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me. > > > > Walter > I'm not positive about this, but I think you are only able to create > one instance of the database server.
