isql and sperform error 3205

I just starting seeing "Unknown error message 3205." when attempting to run a form in isql or sperform. I can generate a form and it compiles, but it won't run. We have the exact same versions installed on 2 different boxes without any problems. Has anyone else seen this problem? If not, would you advise reinstalling the tools and engine?
