Thank you. __________________________________________________________________________ I have installed the Informix products(7.30 UC6) in the following order, 1. Informix connect V 2.0x installconn -o 2. Informix 4gl 3. Informix server installserver Now when I am trying to bring the server it does not start and I get the following error message at the prompt (oninit -iy ), Cannot find message file. Check INFORMIXDIR and DBLANG Please let me know whether the above order of installation is correct or any other thing I am missing here. Thanks, Vadi
