ODBC problem
I have installed Informix Client SDK 2.30 on an NT workstation PC. When I try to set up an ODBC connection to a server running SE 7.24 (sqlexecd daemon is running and acccepting requests from other PCs) I get the following messages: The setup routines for the Informix 3.30 32 bit ODBC driver could not be loaded - error code 126. When I click on OK I get amessage box that says " Could not load the setup or translator library". The errors occur when I try to Add a system DSN and select Informix 3.30. I have configured a host and server in Setnet 32 and checked that the path on the PC includes the directory where Client SDK is installed. I am logged in as Administrator when I try to add the connection. I can get a connection using ILogin which suggests that Informix is working correctly. Any ideas anyone? I bet he has forgotten to put a C:\\Informix\\Bin (or whereever the Informix-Driver resides) into his Path-Statement. After rebooting everything should run fine. Joerg
