Re: Catastrophic failure

Hi Agustin, Probably I may be able to help you if you can give me some more information regarding the problem. What CSDK version you are using. What kind of ADO application this is, I mean, is it a plain VB Ado application or a three-tier application executing with in MTS host process ?. When I connect using ADO and ODBC the machine uses an increasing amount of memory, until it reaches even 70 Mb. I already have checked that I'm closing all recordsets, destroy objects, close connection, etc. When I use OLEDB, it works fine until, after a varying number of connection/disconnection, I get a "Catastrophic Failure" and from that moment each try to connect results in the same error. When I close the program and start it again it connects again until the problem repeats. Any help? Thanks in advance sending to informix-list
