anybody point out how redbrick is backed up?

I think you can still buy SQL Backtrack from Informix. This was Red Brick's backup utility through 5.1.x but wasn't updated with the 6.0 release because of a contract dispute -- Red Brick contracted the project to BMC. The dispute began when Informix bought Red Brick. I THINK SQL Backtrack will still work on some 32 bit versions of 6.0. Soren Edward Rosenthal wrote: > > anybody point out how redbrick is backed up?
