New fields on the onstat -R

I am in the process of installing IDS 7.30.UC7-1 on AIX 4.2.1. While running the onstat -R, I noticed the four new priority levels (LOW,MED_LOW,MED_HIGH,HIGH). All references in Administrators Guide only show the old format. Are these configurable? TIA Chris
