Not sure about a system table, but onstat -g arc will show the last (2 I
think) archive details.

Look at $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sysmaster.sql.
select unique l2date(level0) from sysdbstab gets the date
since l2date does value/86400 and there are 86400 days in a day this must be
a number of seconds
value so value mod 86400 would be the number of seconds from I guess the
start of the day???
