Table corruption after system reboot

Hi all, I'm running Informix OnLine 7.12.UC1 on aTandem CM 1450 NonStop-Ux B32 IPM 10. Rebooting the system after a regular shutdown ( Application shutdown, Informix shutdown (onmode -ky), UNIX shutdown), I got the errors as shown in the following logs. The table involved is always the same: a table with 100.000 elements, rowsize = 500 bytes, 11 index and a single transaction working upon it which consists of 200/300 rows insert or delete. I got this error 5 times and I've fixed it dropping and recreating the relative indexes or unloading the data, dropping/recreating the table and reloading the data As the system works h24, this is not a good workaround indeed. Does anyone knows something about this? Thanks in advance.
