New release of utils2_ak

Folks: I have released a new update to my utils2_ak. Changes include: The February 5, 2016 release includes the dbping utility which has been moved from utils_ak and updated. A bug in dbdelete handling key identifiers longer than 18 characters has been fixed. The January 12, 2016 release includes another new option to dbsavail. The -f option causes dbsavail to avoid performing the update to dumb blobspace statistics. Using this option may cause the free space reported for dumb blobspaces to be inaccurate, however, the runtime can be significantly faster for installations with many dbspaces & chunks, especially if you have several large blobspaces.
