Announce: dbping does *not* have a major bug that will crash your server

Hi all, After the blushes last time around, I made major changes and had dbping tested on SuSe Linux, HPUX, Solaris 2.6 and 2.7 and NT with the MKS toolkit. I *know* it doesn't work on Red Twat, because the stupid buggers report the results of the time command different from everyone else. Idiots.
