Looks like someone has created tables without specifying database name -
in this case such table will be placed in rootdbs.
To find tables like this use 'oncheck -pe' - this will print extents for
your tables. Then remove tables from rootdbs to othere dbspace using 'ALTER
FRAGMENT INIT ...' or any other tool.
