It is the case with SCO

SCO OpenServer can now deliver greater than 2Gig file systems. However,
On-Line 7.20 can only allocated up to 2Gigs of the space, and the same is
true for offsets, ie 2 Gig max - Damn shame!

We have this problem with On-Line 5.03 on SCO 4.2. When you do a tbstat -F,
you will see all your page cleaners - in your case 4 enteries. When a page
cleaner dies, tbstat -F will show 'E' (exit) in the state column. I have
had page cleaner die while indexing, generally when doing a dbimport. The
wierd thing is that I can garentee a page cleaner will time out on on
machine, but not an another machine configedured ?exactly? the same.
When a page cleaner dies, tbstat -F shows numbers in it's data column -
probable not a good thing (my beleif is that this data has not made it to
the database). The worst case if a pagecleaner dies durring a checkpoint -
it hangs the whole system.
I still have an outstanding case with Informix support about this. I was
told I was the only site that had this problem.
