1 - the utility is called pres_ext and live at the archives.

2 - It does not preserve fragmentation info because at that release level
the utility is moot. The new dbschema is fully capable of retaining that
and other information.

Hmmm. You might want to tell it what database to use and you don't have to
pipe it out, so I would be more inclined to:
dbschema -d dbname -ss -t all -p all myschema.out
With current Informix utilities like dbschema you can always do:
dbxxxxxx --
to get a full usage statement.
