Normal log backups are stored in the log files (MSGPATH from your config
file). I imagine you'll see something about continuous backups in there
as well. If nothing else, you can see when the first and last logs on
your tape were backed up (I assume you write the log numbers on your
tape?). You should see entries like the following:
08:31:18 Logical Log 13712 - Backup Started
08:31:44 Logical Log 13712 - Backup Completed

I have continuous logical log backup running and the tape is changed
everyday by the operators.
Is there any way by which I can find out when the tape was changed or
when
the continuous backup was restarted? Any other way than ps -ef|grep
ontape...
