Hello, I read some doc. about Apache/DBD:Informix/DBI and the compilation with Esql/C. It seems that the DBPATH of the target database has to be specified at compile time, so that we would be able to access only one database. Am i right or did I get it wrong ? If i'm right, is it possible to have more than one web server active, so i could attache one to each database ? Thanks. Luc Chatelain

You should be able to have more than one DBI object connected in your program at once. If you *are* using SE then you can set DBPATH as a colon separated list of paths to where all your databases reside and thus you should be able to connect to all of them. /J\\ -- "You're blowing me off for a monkey?" - Joey, Friends
