James Check out the PDF library. Its a C library for converting plain text to PDF. It has hooks for Java, Perl and Python. You could build a 4GL hook by writing ESQL/C functions that call the PDF library routines and are callable from 4GL. The URL for the source code for PDFLib is at: http://www.pdfzone.com/products/software/tool_PDFlib.html PS - I have used the Java binding (a JNI wrapper over the C library), and it works beautifully. The only problem is that we are required to have our company logo on reports that go to our customers. Is there a way to print a logo with our 4GL reports? If so, what are some good examples? ........................................Many Thanks, James
