Please post the onstat -c results, and onstat -g seg.
You might be low on memory assigned to
the Buffers. Being that your'e running 64 Bit if you have the memory
try increasing the memory paramaters and the BUFFERS parameter.
Also it's possible you have a batch job running that's hogging the
system at those intervals.
