onstat -c Configuration File

The onstat -c command prints out the latest system configuration as it exists in the $INFORMIXDIR/etc/$ONCONFIG file. With the later engine releases onstat -c will work with the engine offline.

Notes

It is generally a good idea to keep both a backup copy of this file and a printout attached to each set of archive media.

Coverage: Mostly. Run against the sysmaster database. onstat -g cfg diff lists 11 parameters here; this query returns those 11 plus a few that only differ in spelling (false against 0, 0x44000000L against 0x44000000). Values containing $INFORMIXDIR are left out. Runs on Informix 14.10 and 15.0. Output compared with onstat on 14.10.
