Migration data error

Hi Gurus, Just want to ask what do you mean by this error. this happens during migration from one box to another. Cannot update system catalog (sysdefaults). [Failed SQL: ALTER TABLE dbname.message ADD comment1 LVARCHAR(4000)] IDS 11.7 Thank you in advance.
