Mirroring Informix Table with 'Text" datatype in Oracle 8i Table

Hi, We have both informix and oracle database in our organization. The informix Universal Server 9.x database contains a table with "text" and "html" data type fields. We are trying to create a similar table in Oracle 8i database. 1. I created a flat delimited file using Informix's unload utility. 2. Then I created an oracle table with CLOB field to accomodate informix's table field with "text" datatype. 3. Then I used Oracle's SQL*loader utility to load this table on Oracle. I am geeting Error message in the log file saying that data doesnot fit in to oracle's column with "CLOB" datatype. Then changed the oracle's table definition using different oracle datatypes to accomodate "Text" datatype. I am still getting the same error? Is there a way to solve this problem?
