Setting up JVM on 9.30HC5, HP-UX 11i

Hi chaps
Having a problem setting up our server for Java UDRs; I have followed all the
procedures in the manuals and William White's developerworks article
(www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/db2/zones/informix/library/samples/db_java1.html
) and compiled the examples (in extend/krakatoa/examples). As far as I can
see, all the environment variables are correct. But when I try to run the
examples, I'm getting error 9434 (unexpected failure during initialization of
Java virtual processor), and the error log shows "signal SIGQUIT is being used
by oninit".
Help!

Hi Malc_p,
In order to identify the problem I will need the values of the following
ONCONFIG variables in your environment.
JVPJAVAHOMEJVPHOME
JVPJAVALIB
JVPJAVAVM
JVPCLASSPATHJVPLOGFILE
JVPPROPFILE
Also please let me know what is your INFORMIXDIR and what version of JDK
you are using to compile the java examples.
Thanks,
