Informix 7.22 pdq questions and ONBAR problems

Hello all, Please could any of you give me some help/advice on the following two issues; We are running Informix Online 7.22 UC1 on a HPUX 10.01 platform 1) Performance with PDQ Our system has 3 cpu's, if a users runs a batch job that is cpu intensive it occupies 99% of all 3 cpu's if run with PDQ. This is fine, however we also have unix users and online users which get VERY slow reposnce from the system until the PDQ has finished. Altering the PDQ priority level only seems to effect memory and not cpu. So far the only solution is I run informix with only 2 out 3 cpus leaving one for unix work, but this is a great waste as the unix work only needs about 20% of one cpu and not all of one. Or to only enable PDQ after hours but this makes the system run batch jobs through the day very slow. What is peoples recommendations for running batch and online work together and still maintaining PDQ. Is their any way to limit the online engine so it will only use a % of cpu available and to divide this % into batch and online. 2) I am trying to get ONBAR to work, but I get the following error when I run it; 1997-04-07 15:08:53 4754 3571 SQL -23115 Code sets of the locale categori es are not the same. The code set seems to be correct and I can use dbaccess and other utils fine without this error. If I change the code set then I still get the same error from onbar plus the other utils such as dbaccess give the same error. If any body can give me help I would greatly appreciate it.
