Shared memory connection to HDR Secondary

Folks, IDS11.50 FC8, Redhat Linux It is not allowed to have a shared memory connection to a HDR Secondary( with dbacess..), is it? Thanks, Frank --001517588cfa01cb4304b178d099

Response:
No, as long as you are on that machine you should be able to use the shared
memory protocol to connect with dbaccess, as long as you configured it
properly (unless there's been some recent change that I'm not aware of, when
doing my hdr tests I usually don't step up shared memory stuff since I've got
the tcp/ip configured already)
