as for OLTP environment you should set the LRU_MAX_DIRTY to 80 and LRU_MIN_DIRTY 70 so that the MLRU will be flushed to disk in between checkpoints. Setting the gap in between them smaller will encourage more LRU_WRITE and when comes to checkpoint it will have less work to do BT, you have 24 cleaners is more than sufficient.
