Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
The original poster, who used the Continuus configuration tool that runs on Informix, asked where to find documentation for dbaccess. Art S. Kagel pointed to the Guide to SQL: Reference on the Informix web site, and Avi Abrami to the downloadable PDF DB-Access User's Manual. Vivek Chaudhary described dbaccess as an interface for running SQL outside an application.

Hello
I use a tool 'Continuus'. This product manages the configurations of
developpement and it uses the database Informix. In its scripts, I
have found an SQL interpretor 'dbaccess', but I have nothing about it.
Where I can find a help (man , howto, ...? ) to use it ?
Thanks for your help.

Check the Guide to SQL: Reference on the Informix WEB Site under
documentation/by product/servers.

DB-Access User's Manual - available for download
(as a ".pdf" file - you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view
it) from the Informix website at:

"Continuus" uses informix 5.0 for configuration management. "dbaccess"
is interface tool for managing your SQL queries outside application.
By typing dbaccess it would take you to the screen where you can get
online help.
