HELP! INFORMIX Error -908 when using Router

Hi Guys My application server (on the DMZ) was connecting fine to the Informix DB server until we put a Router between them. Now my application is failing with a -908 exception. It sounds like a packet filtering problem, However I did get the comms team to punch a hole in the Router for the Informix DB Port. Is there any other ports we need to open.
