Configuration problems on NT

Hi, I'm try to configure an Informix Dynamic Server on NT4.0. I've got problems with the logical logs. I'm not able to backup them, and so when they're full, I can't work on the database anymore. I've tried : 'onbar -l' but it starts and never stops. Anyone can help ?
