ODBC & Informix

I am trying to port a web server and existing CGI applications from a WIN95 server to an NT(Intel) server. I am running WEBSITE Web Server for Win95 & NT. For CGI applications, I am using Visual Basic 4.0 Professional. Originally, I set up the web server on Windows 95 and had nothing but success writing CGI apps in VB4 to connect to MS Access 2.0 databases. Also, I was able to connect to an external Informix database using ODBC and Informix Net (both 16 bit). Now that I have ported everything over to NT, I have one problem. The VB CGI apps can still connect to MS Access databases, but not the Informix database via ODBC. I first figured it must be the ODBC and I-Net drivers were not compatible with NT (since they are 16 bit drivers), so I tried to connect to the Informix Database via Excel, MS Access and Visual BASIC (not in a CGI mode). I was able to connect to the Informix Database in all cases. Only when the VB app is running in CGI mode do I get the error, "ODBC--connection to 'DataSourceName' failed. (error 3151)" I have spoken with both Microsoft and Informix. Microsoft says that it doesn't seem to be a problem with VB, but with the Informix ODBC driver for I-Net. The Informix people say that these drivers are unsupported on NT. This would be fine, but THESE DRIVERS DO WORK on NT. I proved it by connecting from my MS Access, Excel and VB in non-CGI mode. The code in the CGI program is identical to the code that worked when the server was on WIN95. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Locations of DEMO versions of the I-NET and ODBC drivers for I-NET to run on NT would also be appreciated.
