NewEra: is anyone using it?

So, I hear there is a new front-end tool for the windows environment. I checked out the informix web page and I must say it sounds pretty nifty. But I look in the newsgroup, and I see that very few people are talking about it. That indicates to me that either no one is using it, or it works so well there is no need to talk about it. I would really appreciate any comments, comparisons, or reviews anyone would like to post about the New Era tool. What type of PC hardware should one buy to develop in New Era? What type of PC hardware should one buy to run an application written in New Era? Is it as good as its competitors?
