High Performance Loader error

We are getting exception/error while loading data through HPL.
Here how we did:
-- job created for data unload
onpladm create job hpl_job -d devarray -D hrm -t inquiries -fu -n
-- unload is done through above job
onpladm run job hpl_job -fu -n
-- job created for data load
onpladm create job hpl_jobu -d devarray -D hrm -t inq_hst -flc -n
-- job run for data load (but it failed)
$ onpladm run job hpl_job -flc

What would be the best way to load unload a table data (we want to create a
fragmented table and load it with existing table's data. i.e., making existing
big-oltp transaction table to fragmented table) here are our considerations:
database is primary node of HDR
there are many indexes on the table
no conversion is required (as data is to load on a table with same structure
except it would be fragmented on same database)

Why are we getting this message as documentation tells that "c" flag sets
operation in "delux" mode?
Try to see what the job looks like in the onpload database - run onpladn
describe job <job_name> -fl and see what the RUNMODE value is - if it is E it
is express mode...
When I am define my deluxe mode load jobs I use the -flac flag - see if that
might help.
