ISM Message during onbar backup
Posted in 2000
1st question
I received the following unix e-mail during a
full backup of the database on /dev/rmt0.
/dev/rmt1.1 is the Logical Log backup
device.
device automatically disabled
ISM Device Disabled: Device /dev/rmt1.1 is automatically disabled.
Consecutive error (21) exceeded the maximum consecutive errors allowed.
Please fix the device or set to a higher value for the Max consecutive
errors attribute in the device resource.

2nd question
How do I verify an "onbar -b" backup and an automatic Logical Log
backup created using the log_full.sh script?
Thanks,
