Hi Cho,
to answer Your question: No, there is nor an upper, neither a
lower-function with the SQL.
However you might use a workaround for a case-insensitive search:
1. field MATCHES "[Nn][Oo] [Cc][Aa][Ss][Ee]"
2. Store values as Uppercase or Lowercase in the database.
