Error -25588

Hi all, we have an Informix 7.22 server running on SCO Unix System V and try to connect to a second server via TCP/IP. The sqlhosts entry, onconfig parameter seem to be correct, since the connection can be established and works find then. Only once in a while, usually during heavy user load, we either get the error -25588 (cannot connect to database server) or CANNOT ATTACH TO TRANSACTION (without error number). We use 4GL-programs to connect to the remote server, and the 25588 error comes in the MAIN line, the transaction error does not show a line number. Any ideas?
