RE: Informix tool related question
Posted in 2004
Hi Rob.
How to knwo Informix version as bellow.
cat $INFORMIXDIR/etc/*cr
swich (*cr) {
case OnLine-cr:
tbstat -V
OR
onstat -V
break;
case 4Gl-cr:
i4gl -V:
break;
case ESQL:case ClientSDK:
esql -V
break;
case ISQL-cr:
isql -V
break;
}
If you use Informix Dynamic Server, you can use onstat -g.
onstat -g ppf
onstat -t
onstat -u
is your help.
Probably someone will post more useful information.
HTH.
