Coming in the next minor release of OnLine you can expect to see the built-in functions UPPER, LOWER, and FIRSTUPPER (or something like that) which do exactly what you want. This is not an official notice, you'll have to watch the product announcements for that. And don't even bother asking for more details than I can give (I might be across the line even with this little bit), just watch this space for the latest info. I just wanted to save you some heartbreak a few months from now when you might exclaim "Darn!
