Completely uninstall IDS 11.50 on Windows
Dear friends, any of you have information about the complete removal of an IDS 11.50 in Windows?
Hello Gustavo, When you uninstall 'IBM Informix 11.50.*' from Programs and Features in Control panel or Programs List, it will ask option to remove all the related files/binary as well as Informix user account which got created during installation. In case, if I missed that part I usually practiced to manually removing the files. And due to any reason if its not allowing me to remove files or unable to uninstall; using ccleaner application on Windows to clear related Registry. I hope this will help you. Just curious to know, why you installed IDS 11.50.* if there is IDS 12.10.* available to use for Windows as well as other supportive platforms? Thank you. Pravin Bankar (pravinebankar@gmail.com)
