semops = semaphore operations
busy wait = when Online needs to obtain a latch and cannot it will try
several times before going to sleep waiting for it. These
retries are busy waits.
spins/wait = Each retry = 1 spin!
Remember the Online 5 SPINLOCKS(?) parameter
