I tried your test on the current H.P. 9000/8xx HP-UX 7.0 port (version
4.10.UE3), and it works OK. That UD2 is quite old, and I can't easily
test on it.

This still happens -- I guess ISQL tries to convert doubles to decimals
for display purposes within ISQL, and the minimum value for a double
is below the minimum tolerance for a decimal. (It's choking on flval;
if you select only keyval and smfl, no -1201 occurs.)
