See the SQL syntax guide. Focus on ALTER TABLE to change the NEXTSIZE (you can only set the initial size at create time...) and the "ALTER FRAGMENT ...INIT " SQL. Life will be good. Don't unload/reload. That's for Oracle Drudges. You have a better tool. Use it. Do something worthwhile with the time you save.
