The tables are:
sysusers Database level
systabauth Table level
syscolauth Column level
sysfragauth Fragment level
sysroleauth Roles
??? Stored procedures (sysprocauth??)
That's all I can remember off the top of my head (not in the orifice at
the moment). Some may be plural (or not :). Don't you just love the
naming conventions? :-O

Try:
dbschema -d <database name> -p all
I think roles is -r all, but running dbschema with no options will give
you help.
