This might be the result of B117617. Basically there was some type of problem when g_server3 was defined which caused the sync of the global catalogue to fail. I'd suggest that you contact tech support. When you contact them, explain the situation. You may give them my name as a reference if you wish. I think that there is a 'back-door' procedure that should correct the situation, but I really can't describe it in this forum.
