Re: Certification

As far as I know, there is no special study guide for Informix certification. Have you tried searching the net using Yahoo, AltaVista etc with key search such as '+book +Informix +certification +study +guide' or any combination you like ? I find the documentation set from Informix (Tutorial, SQL syntax, Administrator Guide, Performance Tuning, etc) very good (concise, complete, easy to read). If you have read other books that's OK. Now it's time for you to focus your study on exam objective for each exam. You can find them at informix web site. I forget the complete URL, just go to informix.com. You can also find sample questions that are similar to the real exams. There are no simulation exams available (like those for Microsoft certification). My recipe for certification is : Informix documentation set, exam objectives, sample questions, hands on practice on the product. Hope that helps.
