The best supplement to the reading you have done already is the training material for the classes recommended as preparation for the exams. The only way to get this material is to attend the classes. Using TFM, hands-on, and the training materials in conjunction with the study guide and sample questions on the ICPP web site, you will be well prepared to take and pass the exams.
