4GL program coredump displaying form with screen array

Dear all, Could you please help me with one strange situation We have got I-4GL 7.30HC4 appication, database Informix 9.30WC6. Accessing one of many many screens, I'm getting a coredump while screen form is being drawn. All fields borders are on the screen already, but screen array records have no chance to be displayed. Other forms with screen arrays behave as expected. The platform is HP-UX, and the reason for coredump from system point of view file core core: core file from 'xxx.4ge' - received SIGBUS Any ideas/possible reasons are highly appreciated.
